All members of this forum are entitled to the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, including but not limited to race, religion (or lack of), colour, sex, language, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status.
Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression, including political expression.
Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience, and religion (or lack of)
Everyone has the right to respectfully express their opinions on religion or politics in any form of creative expression including traditional arts, photographs, graphic art, fiction and nonfiction writings, and poetry
Everyone has the right to question the authority of an administrator if they feel the behaviour and judgment of the moderators is biased, unsuitable, or distasteful.
Everyone has the right to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal, in the determination of his rights and obligations and of any criminal charge against him.
Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defence.
Everyone has the right to directly take part in the administration of the forum.
All members understand that there are restrictions that accompany their rights and will be asked to comply with them.
Hate crime, defined as an attack against a victim because of his or her race, religion (or lack of), political affiliation, gender, sexuality, age, nationality, or disability, will not be tolerated. Hate crime includes but, not limited to, verbal attacks, bullying, intimidation, or offensive material.
The punishment for anyone charged and found guilty of hate crime is the immediate suspension of the guilty party with no exception. A second guilty charge of hate crime will result in the removal of the guilty party.
Any offensive material that is defined as hate crime will be immediately removed and the poster will be charged for hate crime.
The creative display of weapons must not be shown with any objects with religious or political meaning. This suggests that violence in the name of the religious or political affiliation is acceptable.
Hate crime is not defined as criticism of a religion or political ideal. It is, however, defined as criticism of a race, sexual identity, or nationality. For example, you are free to say “Fervors of Christian extremism has caused…” or “The Democratic Party is responsible for…” You CAN NOT say “African-American are the….” or “Germans are responsible for….” or “Homosexuals are….”
When criticising a part of a religion (or lack of) or a political party, criticise ONLY that part. For example, it is excusable to say “Islamic extremists used suicide bombing…” NOT, “Muslims used suicide bombing…” That implies everyone in the religion is being criticised, not just one part.
Failure to direct the criticism will result with a severe warning, followed by suspension if repeated.
In a rant, it is acceptable to rant against the government in a respectful manner. After all, the government can not please everyone.
