Oh the 80s. That would be the decade before most of you on this site were born. Big hair, cool clothes, and great music! I listen to country these days mostly because it matches my gun and boots, but there was a time when Jon Bon Jovi did it for me...you know, back before Bon Jovi when country with Sugar Land. Oh Yah, I forgot to tell you...I did own a Milli-Vannilli record once. I also voted for Bill Clinton and I once thought that O.J. didn't do it, so I guess I was easily fooled during my teens and early 20s.

Keep the debate political stuff in the right section. And you also spelled Madonna wrong. Beyond that, I've listened to all of those bands.
Though I can't help thinking of American Psycho when I hear Huey Lewis and the News.

Jon Bon Jovi rocks my socks, to this day. ;]
I've listened to most of those bands as well, though I was born in the 90s so they were a bit before my time.

Poison, Duran Duran, Larry Gowan, Billy Joel, Elton John, The Beach Boys.
Oh, I loved the 80s. Can't stand a lot of it now, oddly enough.
I listen to a lot of country these days too, but only the new stuff, and I listen to a lot of Christian Rock too (not the repetitious stuff though, stuff the Casting Crowns and Creed)

Ehm, I like Alice Cooper and Black Sabbath? Oh, and the Rolling Stones. Though they're not exactly 80s only, they were very active in the eighties! My parents and I are always bickering over that...they love the Beatles, I don't, I love the RS and they don't, lol. I don't know why, but they somehow see them as opposites xD And let's just say BS & Alice Cooper are completely not exactly their taste either ;D

Haha, I'm a huge fan of the 80's. Probably because I wasn't alive then. Fresh Prince and Jazzy Jeff are pretty much the coolest musicians ever. But Milli Vanilli is pretty freaking sweet, too.

My dad's been on an old-music (by my definition ) spree lately. First, he dugged up some old tapes. Second, he bought cds. And I love the music he's buying. Some bands I've been getting into (I think they're from the 80's...) Styx Pink Floyd Kansas Journey Fleetwood Mac Bon Jovi John Denver (<<--lol, random country dude amongst the rock. XD But seriously, his voice is amazing.)
